purchased this product after using a different ephedra diet pill. I am not a heavy person, and only have those last ten pounds of baby weight to loss, so I wanted something to help with appetite control and extra energy to get through the day with the kids. I also have always only taken one dose a day, no matter what diet pill I was using. The other pill I took, gave me energy and lasted about two-three days before I had to take another, the side effect was I had a hard time sleeping. So I changed pills, thin quik, gives me energy, and suppressed appetite, but only last about three of four hours. I don’t like taking more than one dose a day, so by far it is not as efficient as the other pill I was taking, but it does help a little.

Good product I used this for some time now, I body build and I use this during my cutting season right before a competition...two in the morning and two at night and I'm good to go I take more of the rec dosage because I am used to stimulants.
