Good, i can tell the energy is good, but i just started taking it, and ive been dizzy and a little jittery, but nothing to bad, taking two before my workout and before meals makes it work best, and if you take it 2 or 3 hours before bed, you wont have a problem going to sleep, this is good for fat loss and muscle growth i defiantly recommend this product...

Stimerex-It was good w/ another Co. I think i got an old batch. W/ Hi tech Co. It was not a good product and i wrote the Co. to let them know. I hope i get a refund or a new batch that has ephedrine in it.
