How Do you ship?
All domestic orders are shipped via Fed Ex ground or United States Postal Service. This service takes 2-7 business days depending on what part of the country you are in.
*Orders placed by 5 p.m. Monday - Friday will ship the same day! We ship orders placed by 5pm Eastern Time on the same day when all purchased items are in stock. In the event that all of the items are not in stock at the point of purchase, your order will ship complete when those other item(s) arrive, generally in 2-3 days.
If we have a issue getting your product in stock we will notify you within 7 days.
Please realize that it may take 24 - 48 hours to process your order, and that Fed Ex doesn't pick up or deliver on weekends. By shipping with one of the above selections you will get your package sooner than by shipping ground, but not necessarily in 1 - 3 days.
If you order exceeds these weight limits the additional fees will be added to your shipping charges.

What is Fed Ex International shipping?
Fed Ex is $39.99 up to 5 pounds after 5 pounds your rates will be updated and emailed to you. This is the premier shipping service. It takes 2 to 4 weeks for delivery to most countries. We receive tracking information and can make that available to you upon request.
If an item is out of stock , we will email you and give you a projected ship date. Please make sure you provide a correct shipping and email address on your order. Fed Ex charges $5.99 for incorrect or misspelled shipping information. This will be charged to the customer's credit card.
Our policy is that we will ship your products as soon as your order is complete, this is often within 24 hours. If you order multiple products, You will have to wait for all items on your order to arrive at our warehouse and then we will ship the complete order.
What about international orders?
We do ship international. We Use Fed Ex International. See above for details. We will charge your credit card a non-refundable "TEST" amount and ask you to verify that amount. This is a security feature. We may ask you to fax us your picture ID. After confirming your credit card, we will process your order. If the weight is high it may cost more and you will reecieve an email with the new shipping charges. We may ask you to send us a Western Union moneygram for larger orders.
What about customs in my country?
It is impossible for us to know every countries customs poicies. It is up to YOU to check your countries customs policies and only order IF it is accepted into your country. We cannot refund an order if it is taken or lost by your country or you refuse it. All charges are yours to pay after your order has shipped.
How do you ship to the military?
We use the U. S. POST OFFICE. They get it to the military and they take it from there. It is difficult to tell you how long it takes due to where you may be in the military.
How do you sell items so low?
We have very low overhead and we buy in large quantiites. We like to pass this savings on to you and hope you stay with us as a long term customer.
Can I order by fax or mail?

Can I pay by Personal Check?
We will accept them. BUT, we will make sure they clear the bank and not ship your order for 21 days. .
How do I track my order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation on the day we ship your product. You can come back to our website if you have shipped Fed Ex and click on the Fed Ex Tracking link on our home page. If you have shipped USPS, please email us for a tracking link after waiting at least 7 days from our shipping notification.
Are these the same products we see for twice as much on other sites?

How do you bill my credit card?

What type of packaging is my order shipped in?
We understand the need for privacy so our orders are shipped in boxes or padded envelopes with our logo on the front.
Discontinued Shipping Policy
We at Supplements To Go try our hardest to offer you, our valued customers each and every one of their desired supplements! In limited occasions, a top supplement brand discontinues a product without any notice. In this event, a product professional will be in touch with you via phone and e-mail to assist you in switching your order to an equivalent product. In the case where you do not respond after we have attempted to contact you, any other items you have ordered will be sent to you and your order will be charged appropriately.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:First time customers with foreign orders may be asked to verify their credit card. A non-refundable amount between $0.01 - $10.00 will be charged to your credit card. The customer will need to contact their credit card co. and retrieve the amount in US $ dollars. Email us this amount so that the remaining balance of the order can be billed to your credit card and your order can be shipped. This is done to prevent the use of stolen credit cards, and will not have to done on future orders.
When you place your order, a flat rate shipping charge has been added, additional shipping, handling and insurance may be added later, and will be updated on your order. We ship using Fed Ex International and it may take (5-30 days. Shipping costs will be added to the order during processing, If you need to know shipping cost prior to our processing please email us. Please make sure your email address is correct.
Supplements To Go cannot guarantee delivery of these shipments and no refunds will be given to lost or damaged shipments. It is the customers responsibility to make sure that any product ordered is legal in your country. Any order confiscated, lost or held all costs are the responsibility of the customer. Delays in international shipping are typical and lead times can extend beyond 8 weeks. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes due on shipments. If customer refuses to take delivery on an order they are still responsible for all charges incurred from the order. Customer is responsible for all fees involved to collect payment for orders. STG reserves the right not to ship to a particular country due to custom laws and regulations
APO/Military Orders: All APO/Military orders are shipped via US Post Office. Shipping will be added when the order is processed, if you need to know the shipping charge send us and email with the order. Since these are sent inside the US and then the Military forwards them shipping is usually at the Domestic rate. Delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks.
RETURN POLICY: We unconditionally guarantee all incorrect or defective merchandise for 15 days from the receipt of shipment. Your order will be reshipped to you at no cost. You wil be issued a return shipping label to return the damaged or incorrect product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange any unopened or defective merchandise for a prompt refund. We cannot accept returns on opened merchandise those products can not be re-sold. All un-opened merchandise can be returned within 15 days for exchange or credit. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns on special orders. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY: Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped for a 10% processing fee. Orders that have been shipped can not be cancelled and must be returned by the customer for a 20% restocking fee. Filing a chargeback with your credit card company and receiving the package is a felony. STG reports all internet crime to the proper authorities and turns the person over for to our collection lawyers. Customers filing chargebacks are responsible for all fees incurred to collect the debt.
