Insulin-like Growth Factor-1 (IGF-1) is the body’s principle growth factor.
When growth hormone enters the blood stream from the pituitary gland it is taken up by the liver and converted to IGF-1. It is this substance that is then responsible for many of the effects usually attributed to HGH.
IGF-1 increases lean body mass, reduces fat, builds bone, muscle and nerves. One of the most exciting benefits of IGF-1 is its ability to repair peripheral nerve tissue that has been damaged by injury or illness.
There is a feedback loop between the growth hormone in the pituitary and IGF-1 in the liver that regulates the increase of HGH levels at night and the increase of IGF-1 levels during the day. IGF-1 has also been shown to repair nerve damage, which not only occurs from accidents, but also from poor nutrition, stress, disease and pollution. Since our nervous system powers all the other systems in the body it is important that we receive the proper nutrients for this, which includes IGF-1.
According to researcher Eric Dupont, Ph.D., “Growth hormone is the general and growth factors are the foot soldiers.”

Recommended Use
For maximum absorption, use Renewal® at least 30 minutes before or after putting anything in your mouth other than water.
To assist absorption, rinse mouth with water prior to dosing
Spray 1 to 2 sprays under the tongue 3 times a day.
Hold the liquid under the tongue for 30 to 60 seconds, then swallow.
Repeat for 5 consecutive days, then take 2 days off
If you are taking more than one Renewal® product daily, take the first one as directed, then wait a few minutes before taking the next.
The best time for each of the three daily doses is:
Upon arising in the morning, or before your morning workout
Afternoon around 4:00 pm, or before your afternoon/evening workout.
At night before bedtime.
IMPORTANT In order to experience the results that are possible with Renewal® you must take the product consistently for the first three or four months. Two sprays, three times a day, five days a week as recommended is best.
After taking Renewal® for 3 or 4 months it is a good idea to then abstain for a week to ten days. This allows the GH receptor sites in the body to rest and for the body to “air out.”
