NuSoma Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, take five (5) capsules before bed with a full glass of water. Take for five days, then rest two days. Most effective when taken on an empty stomach, one hour before bedtime. Take for 3 months, then rest for two months before resuming.

NuSoma Warnings:
Do not use if you are taking Monoamine Oxidase (MAO) Inhibitors. Not recommended for pregnant or lactating women. Not for use for individuals under 18.
