Fast results
When I first started working out (July 07), I weighed 127lbs and only benched 95lbs. By mid-August I weighed 145lbs and benched 155lbs. Muscle Milk is great and the taste is the best – Cookies n Cream is highly recommended. By March 2008, after taking September– December off, I now weigh 165lbs and bench 205lbs. The key thing is to eat at least 5 times day, and take a protein bar along with it.

Good stuff

WORKS!
I have been taking Muscle Milk for 2 months now and this stuff works like nothing else. I was stuck on 215 on my bench and now I can bench 240. I feel ripped out of my mind every time I leave the gym.

Very good product
I have made good continued muscle gains and my strength has gone through the roof. I have used several proteins in the past and this one has the best taste of them all, with just a few more calories. But if you are working out enough to really need this, the few extra calories aren't anything to worry about.

I've been really skinny all my life, having trouble putting muscle on. Muscle Milk definitely helped – I’m starting to see some results FINALLY. Makes my stomach rumble every time I use it, though, anybody else have that?
