Great product ...I lost 34 pounds using this product along with exercise and diet. I strongly recommend though, that you start with half the recommended dosage your first week...and drink plenty of water...don't take after five o'clock, or. You will never get to sleep...I work midnights and it helped me stay awake and Alert..and I noticed my workouts lasted longer....

I tried so many of these so called weight loss products so much so you'd think I was a drug addict! But truth be told I think this product is good for the cost. My only beef is I wish that it came in a capsule form instead of a solid, Other than that this product is good and I did like it I shredded 15 lbs and now I'm down to 10% body fat.

This is an ok product for diet I prefer capsules instead of pills, this product will work for you with diet and exercise alone...my best answer is to try it for yourself show the results.

have been struggling with about 20 lbs I have wanted to lose for the last few years, after dropping over 110lbs on my own. I know I sound very stubborn, but it’s my lifelong goal. Anyways, after purchasing Lipodrene I was super excited. I had no negative side effects except for loss of appetite, which is a positive side effect for me! It’s only been about 1-1/2 weeks and I have already dropped 9 lbs. My weight was 156, now it’s 147!! I may switch my goal if I keep losing. I never feel jittery, but when I don’t eat and take them first thing in the morning it can make my stomach upset at times... I wrote alot lol thanx, hope this helps
