Been taking a pill every day for 2 weeks now and my day goes a lot smoother. Doesn't burn fat on it’s own, you have to put in the effort at the gym. But with the extra energy, workouts (especially cardio) seem a lot easier. First couple of days got slight dizziness and some sharp kidney pains from the product being so strong. After a week your body gets used to it if you drink a lot of water with it. Does suppress appetite. If taken with any alcohol, energy drinks or coffee, you will get a lot of heart palpitations and feel sick like you want to throw up. If taken with food, effect is less intense when product dissolves in your body. For those that have never done this kind of pill before or any other type of stimulants it might be too strong. It was so strong I only take one pill every other day and I still feel the effects. I did have to get used to the overwhelming feeling but it is the best way to control over eating and random snacking.
