I lost 22 pounds in the time frame of my first bottle, I did get sick at the beginning of taking this but that was because I didn’t need to eat as much as I needed to fill me up, I actually felt full eating less. So I would recommend taking the pill first and then 15 minutes or so eat because if you eat first then take the pill your going to get sick.
