Fierce Domination

Written by bigredhulk. Posted in Pre-Workouts, Reviews, Supplements

I know there are a lot of different types of pre workouts on the market, but if you haven’t tried SAN Fierce Extreme – get yourself some. I know this seems a little dramatic so I will take some time breaking down this great product, to hopefully enlighten you all on why this product is so potent and a top preworkout.

Endurlac Intra-Cellular Plasma Matrix

This combination of ingredients will enhance the mind and focus. If you notice most products leave you zoned out and lacks of focus as you reach the peak of your workout, it is usually because they use quick stimulants that make you feel hyped for a short period of time. The Endurlac blend is a combination of ingredients that will help open up veins and enhance the mind. It contains Tyrosine, Caffeine and DMAE which all have been shown to increase mental focus and last, with little to no crash. Besides the brain stimulating aspect, it also contains Carnosyn and Taurine which have both been shown to help increase muscle endurance as you workout.

Tri Creatine ATP Fusion

Most preworkouts leave out the creatine and if they do add it is only a small amount that has hardly any effect. Fierce Domination contains 5 grams of creatine! This is a great amount to have before working out. Creatine has gotten a bad rap because people claim that it makes them hold too much water. Though some people are sensitive to creatine, the majority are not. Creatine helps the muscles push past their limits by creating more ATP. Fierce Domination uses a powerful blend of Creatine Monohydrate, Creatine HCl, Creatine Nitrate.

2g L-Citrulline L-Malate

Most people think that Arginine is the best way to get a pump, but studies have shown that Citrulline Malate is more effective at producing Nitric Oxide in the body. The reason why it works better is that the conversion last longer and produces more than basic arginine.

1g L-Carnitine L-Tartrate

Carnitnie has been known for its non stimulant fat burning property, but rest studies have shown that it helps with converting fat into energy and increase hormones for muscle growth. Carnitine Tartrate has been reported that it does increase brain function but this doesn’t happen for every user.

1g Glycerol Monostearate

Plasma has been stated that it is more effective at increasing strength than testosterone. Injecting pure plasma is very harmful and can cause some serious damage. This is why so many people are looking to find a product that thickens blood plasma without the harsh effects. Taking Glycerol Monostearate before workouts helps to boost plasma. Many users notice better muscle pumps and more vascularity while using Glycerol Monostearate.

500mg Agmatine Sulfate

The newest edition to the pump ingredient family, Agmatine has been shown to boost nitric oxide levels higher than arginine. Agmatine is a metabolite of arginine and has many benefits. For example Agamitne can help increase nutrient uptake far more than arginine, which once again shows you why taking the newer NO2 products is far better than the old school arginine.

Get Some!!!

I know the only way that you will be fully convinced that this stuff works is by you actually taking it. If you are running empty on one your current preworkout, order SAN Fierce Domination for your next month of workouts and see how much you will like it.

Ripped Lean vs. Ripped Fuel

Written by Jules Riley. Posted in Reviews, Weight Loss

TwinLab Ripped Fuel fat burner was one of the best ephedra diet pills that was on the market at the time. Since then people have been looking for a replacement, and it has been reported that Ripped Lean by NutraStar is the closest thing that you can find.

The reason why people liked Ripped Fuel is because it gave quick intense energy and made people sweat, which lead to extra calories being burned and people looking good with their shirt off. Ripped Fuel was designed so that people could burn fat and still keep their muscle that they worked hard for.

Does Ripped Lean Do that?

Ripped lean uses three different things to help fight fat and preserve muscle.

First it uses caffeine; caffeine is a staple for anyone who is looking to get in shape. Caffeine gives energy, duh, but it also helps the body absorb nutrients.  Using caffeine is a safe and effective way to boost the body’s ability to lose weight.

The next step that Ripped Lean uses is that it helps boost thyroid function. Most people don’t realize that their thyroid can get warn down from time to time and giving it a boost is good for weight loss.

Lastly Ripped lean helps preserve muscle. Colleus Forkollii has been shown to help suppress high cortisol levels which in turn can help improve muscle development and weight loss. Cortisol is a hormone that can be released do to stress and poor diet and can damage the heart if too high.

Ripped lean hits all three things that can help improve weight loss. If you have been looking for a replacement for TwinLab’s Ripped Fuel or a good fat burner check out Ripped Lean by NutraStar Labs.

Is Alpha Lipoic Acid Important?

Written by bigredhulk. Posted in Articles, Reviews, Supplements, Weight Loss

Nowadays it seems like every new supplement that comes on the market is the next miracle pill. Here at supplements to go we want to make sure that you have the facts before you by the next ‘miracle pill’ purchase you make. One big thing that you the consumer needs to know is each pill will work differently for every individual, especially when it comes to nitric oxide or pre workout type products – because one person didn’t like it doesn’t mean it won’t work for the next person. When looking at products you are better at getting results from products that functions as vitamins and antioxidants. The reason why this usually works better is because your body needs these and metabolizes these similarly as other bodies, so studies done on these types of products are more closely related to how they really impact your body. The problem that these types of product run into is that many people want a quick fix, and these products don’t offer noticeable immediate results.

Anti oxidants are a crucial supplement to have in your arsenal to help support recovery and fight of free radicals. One unique antioxidant is Alpha Lipoic Acid or ALA. ALA has been shown to work as an antioxidant in water and in fats, so supplementing with ALA is easy and works with any meal.

What is unique about Alpha Lipoic Acid is that it can help replenish glucose. Glucose is the body’s main energy source and is very important when exercising to keep glucose storage high. ALA helps add to these stores with the food that you eat.

Supplementing with ALA can help improve overall health and improve fitness performance. If you are on a low calorie diet and are looking to improve performance you may be able to benefit from ALA. What people often times don’t realize is that if glucose gets depleted while working out, your body begins to use muscle for energy. Supplementing with ALA can help this process from not happening, that way you will have enough energy to produce muscle and burn fat.

Eating calories is good in weight loss but in moderation, the only time we would recommend that you cut it out all together is maybe before a show, depending on your body type. Supplementing with ALA on a proper caloric diet can improve weight loss and overall health. If you are looking to lean out and are working out on regular basis you may benefit from taking Alpha Lipoic Acid.

Weight Loss Foods: Boost Metabolism

Written by bigredhulk. Posted in Articles

Today I want to tell you what foods are thermogenic and why they’re good for dieting. Thermos are used for dieting because most of the food is lean protein from solid food and this works great for a bodybuilding diet or just a normal diet to stay lean. I try to eat a lot of thermo foods in the off season too just to keep a all around lean physique that’s the best way to go. Knowing your nutrition and what these foods do makes your diet and results a lot better so what is a thermogenic? A thermogenic is used to increase heat in the body and in turn affect the body’s metabolism and ability to burn fat. So eating with these foods is one of the best ways to raise metabolism and burn fat here’s a list of some good thermo foods to use for your diet.

Oatmeal –
Oats drive down cholesterol. 23 out of 25 studies prove that a large bowl of oatmeal did the job. Oatmeal is a great, long chain molecule food that expands in the body and makes you feel fuller, longer. Oatmeal also releases glucose into the blood stream, slowly but surely. Add buckwheat to your bowl and you’ll get a double whammy.

Berries –
Berries are one of the best weight reduction foods. They have a natural fructose to satisfy your cravings for sweets, but enough fiber so you can absorb fewer calories than you eat. British researchers found that the high content of insoluble fiber, found in most berries and vegetables, reduces the absorption of calories from foods enough to promote weight loss, without hampering your nutrition. Berries are also an excellent source of potassium which is effective for your blood pressure control. Enjoy berries; they make a great dessert when topped with low-fat yogurt. In the summer, drink fresh berry juice with
a protein powder, for a light snack.

Grapefruit –
Grapefruit is not a diet myth. It actually helps dissolve fat and high cholesterol, as proven at the University of Florida, by Dr. James Cerda. Grapefruits are loaded with over 15 grams of pectin, which helps curb your appetite by expanding in the body and making you feel fuller, longer. It is rich in natural galacturonic acid, which adds to the potential to fight fat and cholesterol. Try sprinkling cinnamon on your grapefruit to reduce the tart taste, or a little fructose if you have a sweet tooth. For a unique taste, sprinkle the grapefruit with cinnamon and broil for a few minutes; it makes a nice appetizer for a meal. Other fruits include Apples – Berries – Cherries – Grapes – Grapefruit – Oranges – Peaches – Pears

Lemon or Vinegar –
A small amount of vinegar or lemon juice (1 tablespoon), because of its acidity has a powerful slowing effect on stomach emptying, thereby slowing down the rate of starch digestion. Have a glass of water with lemon in the morning. It’s a great way to keep your blood sugar balanced.

Celery –
Celery takes more energy from the body to absorb and digest than the calories it provides. Celery has also long been used as a nerve tonic; it’s a good, crunchy raw vegetable to chew on if you are stressed out. Celery will calm your nerves, help flush fat out of your system, and make you sleep better. Try eating celery with low-fat yogurt dip.

Green Tea (Iced or Hot) –
Studies have shown that green teas that contain both Cannatic Extract and Gymnemic Acid, reduce absorption of sugar into the blood, and lessen the craving for sweets. More importantly, green tea inhibits the action of amylase, a primary digestive enzyme of carbohydrates and therefore, moves food more quickly through the digestive system, raising the metabolism quicker, and burning more calories. Green tea is best consumed before a meal to aid digestion. Other advantages include links to cancer prevention and health benefits for people with diabetes.

Ice Water –
High water intake reduces fat deposits and rids the body of toxins. Simply drinking eight 16 oz. glasses of water throughout the day, cooled to 40 Fahrenheit, will burn 200 calories; that’s equivalent to running 3 miles! Ice water will burn more calories since your metabolism will increase to warm the water to body temperature. It is also very effective for reducing cravings. If you’re not a water fan, we suggest you experiment with purified, spring or reverse osmosis water. If you’re still not convinced, add a little juice for flavor. Don’t drink Ice Water with meals as it dilutes digestive enzymes. A little warm water or herb tea is a good choice then.

Salsa -

Salsa was proven at the Oxford Institute to stimulate the metabolism approximately 15 to 20%. It’s also America’s number 1 condiment now. You can throw it on anything from baked potatoes and scrambled eggs to beans and even veggies. It’s going to help because it is a natural thermogenic food that increases your metabolism. Of course, the hotter the better, but only choose what best suits your taste buds.
