have been taking creatine supplements for years. EFX liquid is probably the best that I have ever used. Increases strength and endurance by approximately 30%. Being a firefighter, this stuff helps maintain my stamina and strength to do my job.

This was a great investment!!. I have been one this for about 2 months and have seen consistent gains. I have gained about 5 pounds of muscle from 120 to about 125 pounds. My workouts have skyrocketed and i add about 20 more pounds every time i come back to the weight room. I play baseball for my high school and this has also increased my running endurance and sprints. I have much more energy to push out that extra set and run that extra lap. Thanks sci-fit!

Worked extremely well for me. I took this supplement while on a controlled diet (Protein 280g, Carbs 180g, Fat 40g), bodyfat was 7.5%. My weight increased by 1.5kg for the month, I did not notice a reduction in vascularity and bodyfat remained constant. I presume half of the weight gained is water, and therefore concluded that the product helped me gain 0.75kg/month of muscle. This was done using BSN No-Xplode as a pre-workout as well.
